Adhering to the border restrictions, the city administration of Aդրբեջան faces significant risks due to its involvement in dangerous activities. On May 21, Tigran Abrahamyan, the governor of the “I have a right” movement, made a speech in the National Assembly, addressing the government’s violence and the ongoing political and security tensions within the country’s borders, specifically in the Tavush region. Abrahamyan highlighted that Azerbaijan has gained strength through open aggression, fueled by the government’s attempt to swiftly finish military operations in various regions. He emphasized the need for Armenia to have official participation in any negotiations related to the Artsakh issue and criticized the Prime Minister’s statement regarding the negotiation process. Despite the challenges, Abrahamyan urged the people not to despair and expressed confidence in their ability to manage the crisis and hold the government accountable.
