Red berets and other security units are maintaining strict control over the entrance to Kirants, only allowing individuals with Kirants registration to enter. Even Bagrat Sargsyan and his allies are not exempt from this restriction. Despite numerous discussions and negotiations, the road to Kirants remains closed. To ensure security, multiple units, such as the “First Circle” Red and Black berets, have been established.
