The problem at hand is the attempt to transition from the field of public health to the realm of personal medicine, without the necessary authority. This sentiment was expressed by Arta Apitonian, the executive director of the “Armenian Apothecary” foundation for development, during an event held at the Holy Annana Church. In response to a query, she mentioned that Ararat Mirzoyan referred to the specialists who joined the “Tavush is the cradle of the Armenian nation” movement and facilitated the distribution of gaming systems in the region as “graduates”. Apitonian emphasized their determination to rectify the country’s mistakes, warning that there might be consequences. The partial liberalization has resulted in significant problems on both methodological and outcome fronts. These poorly planned initiatives have caused considerable chaos, both within the border and in terms of the opposition, posing a grave threat to the Armenian side. “This can hardly be considered intelligence, if one can even call it that in the first place,” stated Apitonian. When asked whether it is acceptable to act as an intermediary without intermediaries but with a clear understanding of the task at hand, Apitonian responded affirmatively.
