“Tiran Khachatryan Calls for Societal Evaluation and Overcoming Oppression in Armenia with Positive Attitude”

Tiran Khachatryan, a participant in the movement for the evaluation of societal situation, emphasized the importance of a positive attitude in order to avoid manipulation and overcome oppressive circumstances. He also highlighted the need for easy and safe solutions to address the challenges faced. Khachatryan, involved in the publication of the Republic of Armenia’s Constitution initiated by Bagrat Sargsyan, discussed the changes in the development program of Tavush and the associated consequences.

According to Khachatryan, military operations are being conducted to ensure public safety and preserve significant social and cultural heritage sites. However, despite the valuable planning, the implementation of this project proves difficult, and the ongoing attacks undermine the country’s security. Khachatryan emphasized the urgency of addressing these issues and closing the longstanding requested closures.

Furthermore, Khachatryan noted that it is not only the destruction of villages that is occurring, but also the overall government of the Republic of Armenia that is being affected. He stressed the need for support in terms of security, development, and cultural heritage, stating that war is simply an extension of political struggle. Local conflicts and illusory deductions may arise from these confrontations, but war cannot be a broad solution. Khachatryan acknowledged the potential for problems and disputes arising from the current confrontations.

Responding to the statements made by authorities regarding their program, Khachatryan commented on the ongoing works in areas where new settlers have been established, but chose not to delve further into the subject.

When asked about the likelihood of an increase in war, Khachatryan expressed a lack of belief in a serious war, stating the need for a certain basis to initiate such conflicts. He emphasized that war is the result of a political process and that local disputes and illusions may arise, but a large-scale war is not a viable solution. Khachatryan warned of potential problems and disputes arising from the ongoing confrontations.
