“Furious Wolf 24 Exercises to Showcase NATO’s Air Support Capabilities in Latvia”

The NATO’s Furious Wolf 24 exercises are set to take place in Latvia in January, as announced by the Baltic States Armed Forces. The exercises will be held from January 15-19 in the areas of Adazi and Sigulda and will be organized by NATO’s commando forces and experts from the expanded capabilities of the operational group, according to the announcement. These exercises are regularly conducted in the Baltic states.

The primary objective of these exercises is to ensure air support in the region beyond the city and its boundaries. The announcement states that experts from the United States, Great Britain, Czech Republic, France, Germany, the Netherlands, and Norway will be participating in the exercises. NATO has informed residents of Latvia to expect low-altitude helicopter noise during both day and night.
