The ‘Hraparak’ newspaper reported that according to their information, regional governors, government officials, and other officials in Armenia have been diverting state funds meant for assisting residents of Artsakh to participate in a procession led by the Holy Cross in Bagratun on May 9 in Yerevan. It was reported that yesterday evening, the deputy head of the government of the Republic of Artsakh held a meeting with the residents, warning them against engaging in any activities. However, he failed to establish communication with them. Additionally, state institution employees were warned that they would be released from work if they participated in the procession.
