“Prime Minister Pashinyan Raises Artsakh Republic’s Declaration of Independence at AG 3+2 Meeting for Peace Agreement”

The issue of incorporating the Artsakh Republic’s declaration of independence into the peace agreement will be discussed during the upcoming meeting of the AG 3+2 co-chairs in Almata, according to Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. Pashinyan emphasized that both Armenia and Azerbaijan have signed the declaration, demonstrating a strong commitment to the principle of self-determination. Furthermore, he stressed the importance of the unconditional process of self-determination. Pashinyan also addressed the placement of demarcation signs, stating that it is being done legally to ensure the safety of residents in various villages. He emphasized that this process aims to render war unattractive and unlikely, and that war will only occur if there is a valid reason for it. Pashinyan stated that 90 percent of the demarcation work has already been completed and reasserted that a decision regarding security and demarcation will be made in advance, preventing the disruption and illegitimacy of war.
