On May 7, at 16:03, the national crisis management center was alerted about a fire on an unoccupied bus near a village. The bus belonged to the Yerevan Norashen bus station and had 41 seats. The rescue service of the RA MES was immediately informed about the incident.

The fire occurred in the area under the jurisdiction of the Yerevan municipality’s rescue service. As a result, two firefighting units from the area were quickly dispatched to the scene.

Fortunately, the fire was brought under control by 16:36 and fully extinguished by 16:44. However, the bus, which was of the “MAN” brand, was completely destroyed by the fire.
