In the region of Sverdlovsk in Russia, approximately 74,000 people are facing a power outage, and they have reported this issue to the regional court. The investigation into the matter has revealed that the damage to the electrical networks was caused by severe weather conditions. Currently, the process of electrifying 24 settlements, which comprises about 74,000 people, including cities such as Degtyarsk, Rezda, Polesko, Pervouralsk, Novouralsk, and Sisert, as well as Goranichit town in Ekaterinburg’s Chkalovsky District, has been halted. Moreover, there have also been disruptions in the water supply and heating system in several areas.
