“Prime Minister Pashinyan: Corruption and Demoralization Affecting Public Programs and Families Alike, Says Latest Announcement”

As remote as it is from people, the more demoralized and unfamiliar it becomes. It’s important to clarify that the same thing happens here as it does in people’s houses and families. On May 2, during a government meeting, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, addressed this issue:

“We often discuss the construction of schools and roads and the problems related to their quality. Let those who build mansions put it on paper how many times they have destroyed and rebuilt, how many times they have clashed with builders, and how many times they have discovered stolen metal in their yards. This is the same story that happens in the everyday lives of people. It also happens with public programs and in every family,” stated Pashinyan.

We can estimate, observe, and evaluate the amount of money a person has in their pocket and compare it to the quality they receive. This is an undeniable cost. I’m not suggesting that if a doctor prescribes 10 medicines, we should only buy three and let the rest sit in a drawer. That wouldn’t lead to proper treatment; instead, it would result in wasteful spending.

Pashinyan emphasized that the discussions happening in government meetings can also apply to various family gatherings where similar challenges exist. News from Armenia – NEWS.am
