The President of the Republic of Armenia has issued a decree to visit the Mesrop Mashtots Institute-Library, a museum showcasing ancient manuscripts, as well as various European and international institutions. Representatives from European and international courts and organizations, accompanied by the director of the Matenadaran Institute, Ararat Khzmalyan, visited the exhibition hall of the museum to learn about Armenian literary heritage. Following the visit, a concert by renowned Armenian artist Hayk Melikyan was held. As a result of the President’s decree, Hayk Melikyan was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Armenian court. It’s worth noting that the concerts are part of the “International Cooperation against Genocide Denial – an important component of international justice” theme at the European Court of Human Rights.
