Nicole, you are wrong. A public statement was made by several members of the “Fair Armenia” party, led by Norayr Norikyan, regarding the construction of the government’s office building. The party believes that the RA government, led by Nikol Pashinyan, has violated the requirements of the RA Constitution by disregarding Articles 6, 116, and 205. They argue that this deviation from their constitutional authority contradicts the ongoing processes in the Tavush region.

Norayr Norikyan pointed out that the ongoing process violates the provisions of the Declaration of Independence, as no valid document has been adopted by the RA National Assembly to support it, resulting in the placement of 20 “limitation stones” in the territories.

The participants of the action are demanding that the government immediately ceases the unconstitutional process in the Tavush region, which has caused unacceptable consequences. Norayr Norikyan stated, “The ongoing process is biased towards Azerbaijan, with territories being given away while Armenia receives nothing in return. This only occurs when the executing authority is declared in a closed session, unaware of its prerogative, and attempting to legitimize the sixth section of the game of thrones.”

The only “ally” of the executing authority has remained silent throughout, exacerbating the discrepancy in democratization within public life. However, democratization cannot be achieved in the presence of violations of democratic principles. It is evident that there are systemic problems and a failure to fulfill the number one task and main mission, which is to ensure the territorial integrity of the state and the security of the people,” announced Norikyan.
