Converse Bank recently participated in the Career City Fest, a two-day event that showcased the bank’s HR brand and offered information about various job opportunities. Attendees not only had the chance to learn about potential careers at Converse Bank, but also enjoyed exciting activities, games, and the chance to win prizes such as two iPhone 15s and books.

“This event is a fantastic opportunity for us to connect with young professionals, gather their input, and gain insight into their expectations and aspirations,” said Shushan Arkelyan, Head of the Human Resources and Organizational Development Department at Converse Bank. “We also wanted to highlight the possibilities for career advancement within our organization, as a way to motivate our employees and drive future growth.”
