The November Province Governorate has issued an announcement expressing concerns about the works of demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan in the communities of Baghanis and Voskepar. According to the announcement, these works present hidden dangers that could have serious consequences. It further highlights that the establishment of new demarcation lines in the province poses a real risk for the local population. The announcement also criticizes the unilateral advancement of the demarcation process by the Armenian side, especially in areas still occupied by the Azerbaijani military. Furthermore, it mentions that several villages in the region are being affected by the escalation of hostilities, and the province, its leadership, and the executive heads of the affected villages do not support or participate in this form of demarcation implementation.
