New bird breeding activities have been launched in the territory of Tatev Monastery, through the bird breeding program implemented by Ruben Vardanyan’s “We are our Mountains” initiative. This program not only involves the participation of Vardanyan’s partners, colleagues, local residents, and volunteers, but also includes the breeding of bees as a symbol of hope, peace, and cooperation for our society.

According to Grigor Martirosyan, the executive director of the initiative, the establishment of the birdhouse has always been a way for Vardanyan to create new beginnings and symbolize hope. The program aims to demonstrate the commitment of Vardanyan, who is currently residing in Aprni, as well as the dedication of other leaders involved.

The birdhouse activities are set to continue throughout the month of April, and those interested in participating can visit the initiative’s website and click on the “Support the Project” button. Participants will also have the opportunity to attend the opening ceremony of the May garden, which will introduce the bees.

The May garden, maintained by the residents of Tatev, has been created using organic methods. Throughout the implementation of the program, efforts have been taken to promote the development of the Tatev community.
