According to Pashinyan, no warnings have been made from these systems, but rather red flags have been raised and it is necessary to address the issue.

“We have experienced, seen, and understood that there is a problem here, but the entire state system knows that the initial beneficiaries have been dealing with problems without informing the government. Why hasn’t the health sector alarm sounded until the Prime Minister, and why hasn’t the military alarm reached the Defense Minister? This is the responsibility of the government,” Pashinyan said.

The Prime Minister said that there is no memory of a case when such warnings have been received from the initial beneficiaries, such as in these health institutions.

“A person sitting on a hot plate shouted ‘Go and do our job.’ Our leaders must take responsibility for this. Who could have gotten involved in all this? I believe that no one should have gotten involved. Who has been involved in the last 5 years and has not reported that such a problem exists, I am putting that problem on them. It is not for one day, but for months that he did not work there. Who can be responsible, let them explain it, and if they can’t explain it, let them go live their own lives,” he concluded.
