On April 16, a tragic incident took place in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia received a report at 09:40 from the Department of Emergency Situations of Malatia district about a murder that occurred in the second market of Malatia.

The authorities and investigators have already identified the victim of this horrific crime.

Preliminary information from forensic experts indicates that there were no visible signs of violence on the victim’s body.

Based on the circumstances surrounding this case, a criminal investigation has been initiated in the investigative department of Malatia district. The investigation is being conducted under the qualification of “murder” (homicide) with signs pointing to intentional killing.
