“Hraparak” newspaper reports that during a visit to Voskepar in Armenia, the author traveled through various areas along the Yerevan-December route and reached Alaverdi. It was discovered that the gold miners urgently met with viewers to determine their purpose of visit. However, tension and conflict arose when the viewers revealed that they had passed through the Ijevan-Voskepar route and neighboring territories, which caused them to be mistakenly identified as Azerbaijani. The gold miners warned the viewers that they would not be allowed to cross the border to Tavush. Garnik Danielyan, the governor of Tavush province, expressed his awareness of the intense communication between viewers and gold miners during a meeting, but refrained from discussing the details with the military commander. Danielyan also revealed that he has received threats for meeting with viewers. The governor stated that there are reports of viewers meeting with local residents, and he plans to conduct an official investigation to determine if these encounters are contributing to the misconception that the road is becoming Azerbaijani territory.
