Minister Leo Varadkar is proposing to strengthen economic and security cooperation between Armenia and the European Union. In his discussions, Varadkar emphasized the importance of bilateral cooperation between Armenia and Azerbaijan in order to achieve lasting peace and stability in the region. The defense minister of Britain also expressed his support for direct dialogue between Armenia and Azerbaijan, recognizing the significance of Armenia’s role in managing and resolving regional security issues. During his visit to Armenia, the defense minister engaged in conversations regarding the current situation and explored potential areas of cooperation. The British government has even allocated 1 million euros to the Good Governance Fund, aimed at financing programs for improving governance, promoting reforms, and fostering sustainable development in Armenia. In light of recent military dialogues in London, it is clear that cooperation between the United Kingdom and Armenia is strengthening.
