Paron Pashinyan, yesterday you were searching for an Armenian word that could be used as an equivalent for “podcast.” This is a challenging task, as it requires translating your speech, which reflects your personal and distorted portrayals of Armenia and our collective history. Your personal responsibilities are akin to a podcast, projecting your arrogance, disconnecting from reality, and distorting the true nature of Armenians throughout history. Today, on April 11, during the 2023 annual session of the National Assembly’s program in the NA, Lilith Galstyan, the head of the “Armenia” faction, made a statement:

“You have confirmed your confidence in initiating a negative process from a negative standpoint, and now it is difficult to rectify it. Specifically, you have been imposing a historical and fictional Armenian identity on our people, similar to a podcast. We have stood against this and created conflicting realities. Armenia is once again the Armenia it has always been.

Given the current state of war and the lack of support from international bodies, I have one thing to say: the Doctrine of the KGB.

“Yesterday, Pashinyan declared that ‘we do not know how to build a school,’ and I confirm that statement. ‘You also do not know how to remove branded asphalt,’ I add. And with this kind of reality, you are constructing an ‘Academic City.’

“The Academic City’s academic and scientific systems have been developed, and the primary section has been implemented,” stated the program’s head.

I raised a question: what is the primary priority for this underfunded school in terms of securing external debt for artistic purposes? What lies beneath the surface of this hidden agenda? Who are the contractors?” she asked.

Lilit Galstyan reminded us of the days when the General Historical Ideal was a general assembly, where all the speakers agreed that it was necessary. However, it lacks scientific and intellectual basis, and the financial and academic systems are hindering and sabotaging the construction of the building.

“The General Historical Ideal of the entire nation has more than a hundred and fifty intellectual scholars, and it is documented that there are various misconceptions, distortions, as well as formal, financial, and academic system failures,” the program stated.

“Okay, with whom did you discuss this program if it contradicts the arts and academics? Were you sitting in a cabin with a non-expert drawing conclusions after a ten-year study on the effectiveness of grasshopper production and memorizing this entire inadequate grass and academic system?” she asked.

With her speech, she exemplified a seventh-grade textbook example of insecurity, financial mismanagement, lack of intellectualism, and destruction of the Armenian National Assembly.

“The Scientific Historical Bulletin contains all the viewpoints, including more than a hundred and fifty scientific errors and falsifications, false evaluations, humiliations, scams, and complete failures in the financial and academic system.”

This textbook is not the only document of concern. I recall that the classrooms of the 2nd, 5th, and 7th grades in our Republic, including claims of self-praised nature, have been without textbooks for over sixty years. The new normative French and Russian languages were introduced, but new textbooks were not published,” the official stated.

Responding to inquiries about the artistic curriculum, he noted, “In the past three years, only 10 percent (3549) of teachers have faced disciplinary measures, of which 6 percent earn 400,000 (including taxes), 60 percent earn a salary of up to 150,000, and 35 percent earn between 150,000 and 250,000. Disciplinary actions require financial support from competition participants, but to be honest, we need to reconsider the basic salary of teachers,” he said.

In 2018, you announced that you had received an honorary diploma from the Carol education system for your 100% commitment to educational and sports activities, victories, and achievements, including children of counselors and participants with special abilities. However, some of these victories are not mentioned in this recognition,” he noted.
