“Armenian Minister of Justice Ara Mkrtchyan Released from Position by Nikol Pashinyan’s Decision”
With Nikol Pashinyan’s decision, Ara Mkrtchyan has been released from his position as Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. The decision, signed on April 10, states that in accordance with Article 1 of the Law on ‘National Security Bodies,’ Mkrtchyan is no longer the Minister of Justice of Armenia.
It is important to note that Mkrtchyan was appointed as the Minister of Justice on January 14, 2023.
