He emphasizes the global issue of terrorism and states that certain individuals are promoting anti-Azerbaijani operations, inciting armed attacks, and undermining the country’s fair work. Novruzov believes it is crucial to bring these individuals forward and address their political demands. He points to Russia’s actions in exposing terrorism and suggests Azerbaijan should also raise this issue.
