“UN Declares No Link Between Tehran Explosion and Israeli Intelligence Agency, Tension Rises Between Israel and Iran”

The United Nations has stated that there is no link between the explosion in Tehran and the Israeli intelligence agency, according to the Voice of America. Two Iranian generals and five military advisors lost their lives in the incident. John Kirby, spokesperson for the National Security Council, referred to the Tehran explosion as an “anomaly” in terms of the American response to similar attacks. He clarified during a press briefing that there was no connection between the explosions in Damascus and the United States. This incident has caused tension between Israel and Iran, affecting their relations. Israel has denied informing the United States about the Tehran incident. However, an anonymous source claims that Israel did notify the United Nations of its actions in Syria, albeit in an undisclosed format that did not reveal the source. In response to the attack, Iran announced that it will retaliate against the Israeli assault on the ideological division of Iranian intelligence and the “Kudes” group, which is responsible for external military and intelligence operations outside Iran. Israel has not commented on this response yet.
