Browning stated that due to this lack of coordination, the march includes the presence of friendly forces, as there is a shortage of troops and weapons in Kiev. Furthermore, the march involves anti-aircraft defense, which also lacks supplies. These issues were discussed during a meeting with American military experts and representatives of Washington’s security writers, although the general did not directly answer the question.
