“Shocking Details Emerge in Hrazdan Murder: Vengeance Unveiled in Forensic Examination”

According to the results of a forensic examination conducted during a criminal investigation, the details of the murder of Ashot Hovhannisyan, a 64-year-old resident of Hrazdan city in Kotayk province, have been revealed.

According to NEWS.am, preliminary evidence suggests that on October 10, 2023, at around 21:00, Ashot Hovhannisyan and a 41-year-old man, identified as K.P., who lived in the same apartment building as Hovhannisyan, got into an argument and physical altercation. Both individuals used knives, and later an axe was involved when another resident, identified as KHP, arrived at the scene. Hovhannisyan sustained severe injuries to his face from repeated attacks by K.P. During the incident, the 41-year-old man confronted the intruder and injured him with a knife. K.P. then cleaned the crime scene and left, leaving behind the weapons and evidence.

The following day, the 41-year-old man discovered Hovhannisyan’s body on the injured person’s bed.

As a result of the gathered evidence, K.P. has been charged with a crime under Article 155 of the Criminal Code of Armenia. According to K.P.’s testimony, the motive for the crime was vengeance.

The preliminary investigation has been concluded, and the case has been transferred to the court for further proceedings.
