Different groups on Facebook in Armenia have been spreading false information since March 1st. According to a new law, every family with children is supposed to receive a one-time financial assistance of 25,000 drams, equivalent to $50. However, NGOs are warning that this information is untrue and misleading.

The NGOs caution that by sharing your personal information, you are putting yourself at risk of becoming a victim of fraud and might face financial difficulties. They strongly advise anyone who comes across such false information to report it immediately to the Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) at 011525252, as mentioned in the official statement.
