We have achieved the desired result this year in Azerbaijan’s advancing area, where it is crucial to resist the Azerbaijani forces while understanding the borders. During a meeting with journalists in the National Assembly on March 27, the President of the National Assembly, Alen Simonian, emphasized this matter.

When asked if this should be a simultaneous process, given Prime Minister Pashinyan’s statement that it won’t be possible this year, Alen Simonian responded, “I am not responsible for that detail, so I can’t say if it should be simultaneous or not. However, these processes should begin in a timely manner and have a continuous presence. The process should be comprehensive.”

Addressing the person who claimed that one square meter of land is given from Armenia’s territory, Alen Simonian stated, “That person is biased and internally motivated to create unrest.”

Alen Simonian also mentioned the ongoing process of demarcation with Georgia, stating, “We don’t have any problems or contentious issues with Georgia, so discussing the demarcation issue with them is not currently on the agenda.”
