“Armenian Authorities Reject Azerbaijani Proposal, Prepare to Discuss Conflicting Activities: Prime Minister Simonyan”

Armenian Prime Minister, Alek Simonyan, expressed his opposition to discussing Azerbaijani activities during a recent meeting with journalists on March 27. He rejected the statement made by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding a potential agreement for resolving the conflict peacefully. Additionally, Simonyan mentioned the upcoming meeting on April 5 in Brussels, which will include Nikol Pashinyan, Charles Michel (President of the European Council), and US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken. Simonyan speculated that the discussion may also involve the topic of the European Championship, considering the possibility of Armenia hosting some of its stages. Furthermore, Simonyan stated that he has not yet had the opportunity to discuss the organization of the meeting with his colleagues after returning to Armenia.
