The Armenian Ministry of Defense has reported that the Russian Armed Forces have established a reception point for humanitarian assistance in the Samara district. This initiative is a joint effort between the Russian Defense Ministry and the Russian Military Corps of the “Russian or Military Order” extremist organization.

According to an official source cited by Interfax, the Russian Defense Ministry’s special services are distributing humanitarian aid in the Samara region.

The Ministry of Defense has conducted a preliminary investigation and stated that an individual had previously placed a homemade explosive device in a container meant for one of the humanitarian organizations operating at the reception point. When attempting to disarm the device, he accidentally detonated it, resulting in life-threatening injuries. Fortunately, security personnel and civilian personnel were unharmed.
