“The NSS Launches Intelligence Operations to Thwart Protests by Displaced Residents of Artsakh: Zhoghovurd Reveals Startling Details”

“Zhoghovurd” newspaper reported that the National Security Service (NSS) plans to initiate intelligence operations to counteract protests organized by displaced residents of Artsakh, with the intention of undermining their morale. Recently, members of the “Civic Agreement” initiative had a private meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan. This meeting was also attended by Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Anna Jamkochyan, and Deputy Ministers of Migration and Urban Development Arman Ghazaryan and David Khachatryan. According to Zhoghovurd, during this meeting, the NSS delivered a personal notice from Nikol Pashinyan, which aims to organize counter-protests against the displaced residents of Artsakh. Consequently, the NSS will conduct intelligence operations and engage with the displaced residents in various regions of Yerevan and the provinces.

The NSS faces the challenge of determining what they should discuss with the displaced residents of Artsakh, who are currently without homes and have lost their properties and personal belongings. However, the notice is indeed in existence and will be carried out.
