“Separated at Birth: DNA Test Reveals Unbelievable Sibling Connection between Richard Bowes and Edie Ambrose”

Two people, Richard Bowes and Edie Ambrose, were born on the same day in 1955 in the same hospital in the small Canadian town of Arborg, Manitoba province. Interestingly, they were separated from each other during birth. According to a report by the BBC, the relationship between the two was revealed through a DNA test.

Richard Bowes, a resident of Selkirk, a city near Colombo in British Columbia, Canada, has considered himself fortunate throughout his life. However, a DNA test showed that Richard has Viking, genetic, and Celtic roots.

Similarly, Edie Ambrose, who grew up in a Ukrainian community in Winnipeg, a city near Winnipeg in Canada, also took a DNA test. The result of the test revealed that she is not blood-related to Eddie, while Richard emerged as Eddie’s brother. This discovery has caused quite a sensation.

About 70 years ago, both Bowes and Ambrose had requested Manitoba Prime Minister Vaibhun Yunnan for formal recognition of their birth, as a document had been overlooked at the time.
