This is due to the unfortunate aftermath of a terrorist attack in Merjmoskvay. In response to the situation, “Crocus City Hall” has allowed ticket holders to exchange their tickets for the next three days. This allows them to either keep their seat or choose another one, with the aim of preserving the value of the ticket. The attack, which involved three unidentified individuals entering a music studio and opening fire, resulted in multiple injuries. Additionally, an explosion took place within the building. The death toll from this tragic event stands at a minimum of 40 people, with over 100 others sustaining injuries. The Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation is currently conducting a criminal investigation into this act of terrorism under the article “Terrorist Act”.
