The emergency service has informed that there are closed and difficult roads in the territory of Armenia. Currently, the roads leading from the “Amberd” high mountain meteorological station in the Aragatsotn province to the Amberd fortress and the lake of Qari are closed. Moreover, the section known as Saravan-Zanger, or the “Beeches” section, is also closed specifically for truck drivers. Additionally, Vardenyats Pass is proving to be difficult for all types of transportation. However, it is important to note that according to the information received from the RA Ministry of ES and the Crisis Management Center of the RF CIS, the Stepanakert-Lachin highway is open for all types of transportation. In light of these conditions, drivers are urged to exercise caution while traveling, especially in snowy conditions.
