Iran and Qatar’s prime ministers recently held discussions about the ongoing situation in Gaza and the increasingly intense Israeli military operations, according to a report by Tasnim news agency.

During the discussions, Iran’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Hussein Amir Abdollahian, and Qatar’s Chief Collaborator, Sheikh Mohammad bin Abdullah Al Thani, considered the recent developments, such as the ceasefire, as well as the current state of affairs in Gaza.

The high-ranking officials also highlighted the necessity of continuing dialogue and emphasized the importance of implementing mutually agreed-upon measures to ensure a sustainable ceasefire.

Moreover, the parties addressed the recent advancements and the termination of the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip while underlining the significance of international efforts in terms of reconstruction and providing political and humanitarian aid.
