US President Joe Biden signed a $460 billion bill on Saturday that will end funding for Sensata’s defense projects. This successful initiative brings the agency closer to achieving its goals for the 2024 fiscal year. The program includes a 365-day expense schedule, and representatives have already begun meeting at the Senate Palace. During the signing of the bill, Biden expressed gratitude for the efforts of the leaders from both chambers and the negotiators who worked on it, allowing operations to continue their basic functions, according to the White House statement.

Meanwhile, representatives have started working on the second package, which includes the security schedule to protect vital projects and aims to secure funding until March 22.

Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer announced that this double package symbolizes the opposite for those concerned that a divided government cannot achieve anything. He stated that the initiative would provide greater opportunities to hire more management and railway security inspectors, as well as improve the wages of maritime workers, among other things.
