“Central Market of Yerevan: ‘Julius’ restaurant gets green light from food safety inspectors!”

The food safety inspectors from the central market of Yerevan have conducted an inspection at the “Julius” restaurant in the “Mint” Food Objects. The inspection confirmed that the organization has met all the necessary requirements, as reported by the SFTC. The inspectors not only identified violations of sanitary standards but also examined sampled and sterilized products from competitors, including “Hollandaise” sources. These examinations confirmed that the products comply with the regulations defined by the EATC technical regulations. As a result, the director of the SFTC has decided to allow the “Julius” restaurant to resume its production activities.
