“Armenia Files Lawsuit Against Azerbaijan for War on Artsakh, Neglected Shoe Incident Sparks Outrage”

The Armenian authorities have recently announced their plan to file a lawsuit against Azerbaijan for their alleged act of waging war against Artsakh. However, it should be noted that they are not pursuing legal action against the Azerbaijani soldier who reportedly destroyed a boundary mark using his shoe. The spokesperson for the RA Ministry of Defense, Levon Kocharyan, shared this information through a telegram. It is important to recall that the Ministry had previously emphasized the need for a high level of discipline and adherence to the ceasefire between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan, as outlined in the trilateral statement. As a part of this commitment, the parties involved agreed to promptly return any captured or detained soldiers from both sides. In accordance with this agreement, the Republic of Armenia has decided to release the Azerbaijani citizen known as Ruslan Eldanis-Oghlu Penakh as a goodwill gesture.
