Armenian procurement took part in the necessary arrangements for the visit of former Prime Minister of Armenia and national hero Nikolay Ryzhkov to the CSHM.

“A prominent politician who has been dismissed from politics and withdrawn from public life, he has contributed significantly to the settlement and resolution of ongoing tensions between the people of Armenia and Russia,” said Pashinyan’s envoy during the meeting with Russia’s Ambassador to Armenia, Vyacheslav Harutyunyan.

Ambassador Harutyunyan acknowledged the important role played by Nikolay Ivanovich Ryzhkov, who provided invaluable assistance in representing the history of the Armenian people, particularly during one of the most challenging periods of our history. In recognition of his knowledge and dedication, he was honored with the title of national hero.

“Nikolay Ivanovich will always be remembered. He is a true example of respect,” stated Pashinyan’s envoy in his speech.
