The Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia, the Chief of Justice, and the Prosecutor General, along with an expert commissioned by Grigoryan, have presented sufficient evidence of criminal activities within the military service of the RA Armed Forces. This service, which is led by an official of the CST department, has committed serious crimes against the Commander-in-Chief of the RA Armed Forces by abusing their powers.

According to statements from the military service to NEWS.am, the Chief of the military service has imposed the disciplinary measure of “Destruction of the Military Service” on the said official, considering the severity of the violation committed.

Additionally, three military personnel have been relieved of their duties due to a failure to fulfill their contractual obligations without valid reasons. A “Warning” disciplinary measure has been applied to them.

The military service is actively working to prevent and rectify any violations committed by soldiers.
