“Armenian Prime Minister Meets with Norway’s Ambassador, Discusses Future of Bilateral Cooperation”

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received Bergen Hövland, Norway’s Ambassador to Armenia and accredited representative to the Kingdom of Norway, at his office. Pashinyan conveyed his congratulations to Ambassador Hövland on her new position in Armenia and expressed his optimism for the continued development and expansion of relations between the two countries. The Prime Minister emphasized the significance of strengthening economic ties, including the implementation of new programs.

Ambassador Hövland, in turn, expressed Norway’s keen interest in further enhancing cooperation with Armenia and underscored their readiness to invest in joint partnership projects. The meeting between the Prime Minister and the ambassador was an opportunity to discuss various aspects of bilateral cooperation and exchange views on the current regional developments.

The Prime Minister’s office stated that the discussion centered around enhancing economic cooperation and exploring opportunities for new initiatives. Both parties highlighted the importance of fostering trade and investment ties, as well as promoting cultural and educational exchanges between Armenia and Norway.

Pashinyan and Hövland also touched upon regional issues during their conversation. They exchanged views on the ongoing developments in the region and discussed potential avenues for collaboration in addressing common challenges and promoting regional stability.
