“Ministry of Health Confirms 116 Cases of Coronavirus in Armenia: Latest Updates on Investigations, Trials, and Transport Incidents”

According to the official reports from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, a total of 116 cases of the coronavirus have been detected from January 19-22.

Specifically, according to NEWS.am, there have been 20 cases of contamination through direct contact, 14 cases of close contact, 13 cases related to physical activity, 12 cases of bodily injury, 11 cases related to personal hygiene, 6 cases of pollution of official authority, 3 cases related to mental activity, housing pollution, disturbed property affecting mental health, and cybercrime, 2 cases of neglect or abuse, failure to fulfill professional obligations, violations of healthcare worker rules, and obstruction of waste disposal. There has also been 1 case each of obstruction of official limits, attempted escape, violation of work protection regulations, and obstruction of official limits by unauthorized personnel.

Currently, there are ongoing investigations into 4 cases and 3 ongoing trials.

Furthermore, there has been 1 arrest related to possession and trafficking of drugs.

Over the past 3 days, a total of 39 public transport infractions have been registered in the Republic, leading to 4 deaths and 65 injuries of varying degrees.
