“Award-Winning Journalist Exposes Human Rights Violations in Palestine’s Occupied Territories: Evidence of Mass Destruction Uncovered”

In an interview with Spanish newspaper El País, Franchesca Albanese, a special correspondent for MEC, voiced her concerns about the human rights violations occurring in the occupied territories of Palestine. As she is currently stationed in Northern Africa, Albanese commented on the evidence of mass destruction in Gaza, particularly in densely populated areas. The unauthorized use of weapons in such regions is alarming and should not be taking place. When asked about the possibility of success in international courts if Northern Africa were to file against Israel, Albanese expressed her belief that temporary measures are urgently needed, leading to an analysis of international law and the documented acts of violence, abuses, and tortures.

Albanese also acknowledged the influence that the environment has on individuals, emphasizing the need for judges to personally witness the situation in Gaza rather than relying solely on observers. She mentioned that the continued atrocities should be seen as self-defense by Israel.
