American actress and former California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger was recently involved in an incident at Munich Airport where he was detained and subsequently released in exchange for his expensive watch, according to the Bild newspaper. An investigation was initiated by Schwarzenegger’s customs office in relation to the actress’s violation of import obligations. It was revealed that Schwarzenegger failed to declare her Audemars Piguet watch as an import, which was valued at 26 thousand euros. As a result, the actress was fined 35 thousand euros, paid in part with cash provided by a bank employee at the airport.
