Fireworks will be set off in Yerevan today on January 16, according to the Department of Public Relations of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs. The fireworks will take place in the area of Bagratunyats Avenue, 16. Shamshyan.com reported that at the scene, four parked cars were found, including a Lexus and a Jeep, with four windows damaged by the fireworks.

Representatives from the Ministry of Emergency Situations are currently waiting for the relevant commission from the Yerevan Municipality to arrive at the scene. Eyewitnesses shared that the fireworks were launched from a Lexus, with a citizen sitting inside who fortunately was not injured. However, after the fireworks, the Lexus caught fire and the nearby Jeep also caught fire.

Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of the RA Ministry of Internal Affairs, Artur Hakobyan, accompanied by the head of the Department of Public Relations of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, uncovered the ownership information of the Lexus and Jeep at the site.
