These efforts have also focused on the creation of new structures, which could lead to increased activity in certain regions of Artsakh, particularly in unresolved issues related to Karabakh refugees.

The statement made is not specifically about political matters, but rather about a specific sector, mainly involving Tigran Petrosyan and his colleagues, who are collaborating with Acting Prime Minister Arman Grigoryan. The management of this sector falls under Masis Mayilyan. However, the activities of this group have various other implications. There is information suggesting that the involvement of John Pashinyan, the successor of Nikol Pashinyan, has played a significant role in Aram Grigoryan’s position. If Pashinyan continues to maintain a presence in the Russian sphere, it is possible that Grigoryan’s fate will be influenced accordingly.
