Zelenogradsk Fights Back: Residents Rally to Free Beloved Cat from Rosportrebzor’s Clutches

The residents of Zelenogradsk, a town in the Kaliningrad region, have come together to free a beloved cat from the clutches of Caliningrad. Last December, a complaint was received by “Rosportrebzor” from an anonymous source, prompting the removal of the cat. However, local residents are now collecting signatures to bring her back home. The spokesperson for the store expressed confusion over the complaint, as no one had personally approached them. The cat has since found a new home, but appears to be longing for her previous residence, often sitting by the door and meowing to be let out.

A few years ago, the cat had arrived in Zelenogradsk on her own, in search of a warm corner to settle down. She had chosen a place for herself and received special care from the community. They even celebrated her work anniversary once. In light of the recent events, residents have taken it upon themselves to collect signatures and express their desire to reinstate the cat to her place of honor. So far, approximately 500 people have signed the petition, with more individuals joining the cause. The movement is now being referred to as an injustice.

The news of the cat’s situation has reached Armenia, with the story being reported by NEWS.am. It is heartening to see the compassion and support the residents of Zelenogradsk are displaying for their beloved feline friend. The cat’s bond with the community is evident, as she continues to pine for her previous home. Despite the uncertainty surrounding the anonymous complaint, the residents recognize the importance of reinstating her and giving her the recognition she deserves. The petition is gaining momentum, and it is hoped that it will lead to the cat’s joyful return.
