“National Assembly’s Evening Session Decides on Appointment of Anti-Corruption Committee Member”

The National Assembly has been advised to hold an evening session on December 27th, with the meeting being chaired by Alen Simonyan, the Speaker of the Parliament. This information was reported to NEWS.am by the Press Service of the NA Speaker.

During the parliamentary hearings discussing the appointment of members for the Council for the Selection of Candidates for the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Cooperation Board, a question was raised. The speaker then informed the attendees that the “Armenia” alliance has nominated Tadevos Avetisyan as their candidate, while the “Civil Agreement” alliance has nominated Arusyak Julhakyan. However, the “I Have the Honor” alliance did not nominate a candidate.

Following the decision made during the parliamentary hearings, Arusyak Julhakyan from the “Civil Agreement” alliance was elected as a member of the Council for the Selection of Candidates for the Anti-Corruption Committee of the Cooperation Board.
