An accident occurred in Yerevan on December 21, when the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia received a report of a car on fire near Aram Khachaturian street, as reported by Shamshyan.com.

The driver of the Mitsubishi Grandis and the passengers were able to successfully fight off the fire with the help of bystanders, resulting in no injuries according to initial reports.

Yerevan’s 1-03 Ambulance Service emergency response team also arrived at the scene but their assistance was not required.

The accident took place in the tunnel of Aram Khachaturian-Gyulbenkyan streets in Yerevan, involving a Mitsubishi Grandis vehicle where the engine compartment was completely engulfed in flames. Fortunately, the fire service was able to fully extinguish the fire.
