The main judicial authority of Armenia presented a document confirming that a discussion will be held today regarding the charges against Poladyan and his potential release from custody. While the court did not disclose specific details, it stated that the purpose of the judicial proceeding is not to discuss the authorship of the criminal prosecution. It is worth mentioning that Ani Harutyunyan, the wife of Judge Poladyan and Deputy Chairman of the Judicial Department, is also facing a criminal case connected to her political involvement.
