Russian President Vladimir Putin has denied claims that someone is trying to undermine cooperation between Armenia and the CSTO, EAEU, and CIS. In an interview with the “Mir” television channel, Putin addressed the recent announcements made by the Armenian and Moldovan authorities regarding their positions on the CSTO. He stated that ultimately, the choice to engage in integration processes lies with each individual state, and it is a decision made by their respective authorities. Putin also acknowledged that the absence of the country’s leader in the common activities of the EAEU may be connected to ongoing processes within the Armenian authorities. He concluded by suggesting that the situation would be closely monitored to observe further developments.
